Amanda Slyter, the founder of Slyter Legal Solutions, LLC, is a highly organized professional with strong leadership, management, strategic planning, and organization skills. She has a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional results. With over 20 years of business experience and over a decade of extensive litigation and trial experience, she can anticipate challenges and exercise independent judgment to make sound decisions and hit the ground running. She has worked with firms of all sizes and case types, including dozens of jury trials, and understands what it takes to prepare a case for trial and take it through trial. Although her primary focus is on trial, she helps attorneys in all phases of litigation and is dedicated to helping with the overwhelming demands of the legal world. She takes pride in her work and is passionate about providing excellent professional services.
It doesn't stop here! Amanda has worn many hats. She understands that business owners need experienced, entrepreneurial-minded individuals to keep their businesses thriving, so she also provides remote business consulting in various industries, not just legal. She has a background in Operations Management and Executive Assistance, and is a former restaurant owner and consultant. She has also worked in various industries to gain experience and transferable skills, including aviation and medical, and is also a family mediator and life coach.
Amanda is a mother of three, a Maine Coon cat mom, and a private pilot with complex/high-performance/tailwheel endorsements. She holds a B.A. in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Psychology, an A.A. in Paralegal Studies with minors in Criminal Justice and Business, and dozens of certificates in legal, psychology, education, medical, administration, and business. She is a member of many organizations, including State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, NALA, American Society of Trial Consultants, Texas Association of Mediators, American Association of Notaries, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, Experimental Aircraft Association, Ninety-Nines Women Pilots, and Women in Aviation International.
